Mr. Massie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Marketing, from Mount Royal University. Over a 19-year career split between sales and brand-side commercial roles, he has built and maintained the digital infrastructure behind that work, from website architecture and CRM configuration to data reporting and the security practices that protect it all, giving him a practical, systems-first perspective on technology that a conventional IT path rarely provides.
